As Founder and President, Sophia leads the vision, strategy, and growth of Lemons to Lemonade, directing program development, camp curriculum, fundraising, community and clinical partnerships, advocacy initiatives, and organizational growth.
As Co-Founder, Avery supports Lemons to Lemonade’s annual grief camp and monthly Lemon Lounge meetups, helping create a welcoming and supportive community for grieving children and families.
Lyla built and leads Lemons to Lemonade’s Teen Volunteer Program, recruiting 48 student volunteers from six local high schools whose more than 2,000 hours of service provided one-on-one peer support to 58 grieving children at our 2026 grief camp following the loss of a parent or sibling. She also leads the Foundation’s Youth Leadership Team, guiding the teen leaders who organize and host our monthly Lemon Lounge meetups and year-round youth engagement.
As Chair of the Board, Glenda provides strategic leadership and supports the Foundation’s marketing, public relations, and communications, drawing on her background as Founder of Lippman Media.
Retired from Edwards Lifesciences, Bill oversees the Foundation’s financial stewardship while supporting our annual grief camps and corporate fundraising efforts.
As Board Secretary, Becky leverages her extensive relationships throughout the grief community to expand referrals, connect grieving families to our programs, and build meaningful community partnerships.
Founder of PlayWell Child Life Services, Colleen leads the Foundation’s clinical programming, provides hands-on support to campers and families, oversees the clinical direction of our year-round programs, and partners with Sophia to expand grief support in local schools through student programs, educator training, and community partnerships.
